Alpha Estate Sauvignon Blanc Fume
Alpha Estate Sauvignon Blanc Fume has clear lemon green color.
It has a delicate and rather fragrant nose with aromas of peach, tropical fruits like pineapple and melon, accompanied with some hints of floral & herbal aromas, tobacco and vanilla.
On the palate, the alpha estate’s fume has medium+ acidity and medium+ body, with a mineral character. The dominant flavors are these of stone fruits (peach, ripe apricot) and tropical fruits (pineapple, passion fruit, melon), combined with hints of herbs, butter and oak. It is overall a well-balanced wine with a good structure, and a medium aftertaste.
It can be paired well with hard cheese and sea food.
